On my way to meet neighbour for dinner, i saw a ugly and dirty rat. Poor rat lying on the road helplessly with blood oozing out from its neck.. i wanted to call for help but where should i call? Tan Tock Seng? No, they only accept human beings.. SPCA? i guess they are close.. i reckon this rat to be bitten by the wild cats living ard the neighbourhood. this is call Lang Si Jie Tou (die on the streets..























This was it when i was walking back home.Poor rat got smashed by the vehicles. Everything including internal organs was flatten like sugar cane. Yucks.. My neighbour helped me took the pics..
